Treasurers Report – We will be paying down some past due bills from the line of credit and depositing the November checks post-dated from registration.

Parent Education Night –Chris Lepper is proposing an opportunity to educate parents on hockey skills, etiquette, working with the coach, rules of hockey, introduction to hockey, equipment, promoting summer camps, coaching philosophy, etc. It would take around 1 hour classroom. Chris will prepare an outline that the board and coaches can review for input.

Cherie & Steve will create a sub-committee to get info to families at the Carnival on Sunday. Copy at the Copy Shop and put on the RiverBank account.

Hockey Boosters Shooting Roosters fundraiser moved to December 3 – Pam will cater.

The coaches bag is being sponsored by The RiverBank. Danny has coaches curriculum books completed.

Each team manager will have to discuss with the teams to have the team pay the fee for state ($525 per team). If the team does not make state, all but 10% is refunded.

John made a motion to accept Ryan’s resignation – Dave 2^nd. Motion made by John to nominate Kris Wroblewski (abstencia) – 2^nd by Dan G.

Welcome to Hockey Party – November 18 5-8 PM – open skate – pizza $1/slice, Mighty Ducks movie upstairs. Cherie to create flier and coordinate promotion. John will provide the projector, Cherie will provide the laptop and rent the movies.

U-10 Girls Team – Dan will check with the families to see about interest.

Jim will make some type of stick holders for the locker rooms.

Dan will provide a key to each coach for the coaches locker room; they will be able to leave their equipment there safely.

Jack Lyons will get the outdoor rink prepared before winter.

Dan will create a form for volunteers to fill out.

Sponsored jerseys must be returned at the end of the season or once grown out of. Parents will be made aware if a jersey number is already being used on a different level and they will have to purchase new jerseys if their children are on the same team at a later date.
