Financial report from Powers Accounting for the period ending March 31, 2006. Kristy Enger has taken over the payables of our accounting. Motion made to accept the Accountant’s Compilation Report by Justin L. – 2^nd by Dan G.

Committee Reports – Dan advised a 2^nd compressor went out today – the first is being covered by BRRRR Technologies, the 2^nd will be at our expense of around $4,850. John G. made a motion to get a quote for a new compressor, 2^nd by Cherie.

The lighting and electric has all been updated. The parking lot is well lit and all motion sensors are in place.

We reviewed all unpaid registrations. Motion made that all must make arrangements to pay with first payment due Nov 15, 2^nd Dec 15, and 3^rd Jan 15 or the player will not be allowed on the ice by John G, 2^nd by Steve H.

State Tournament entry fee is $3,150 for all teams. Motion made to pay all State fees up front and collect from families if their team goes by Michelle M., 2^nd by Kris W.

Mark D. has offered to set up on-line player bios; overwhelming approved by the board.

Motion made by John G. to have Cherie set up Goodsearch.com search engine with proceeds going to the hockey association, 2^nd by Kris W.

Tim Larson has offered to take over the summer golf outing.

The coaches committee has advised they will accept the transfer for a New Richmond player and will choose placement after reviewing performance.

The coaches committee has approved 2 female players to play down upon approval by WAHA.

Cherie will create a brochure to give to prospective advertisers, including pictures of current signs/locations. We have received a quote from Northern Sign Solutions on painting new signs.

Challenge up program will be set up between the sending and receiving coaches.

Deb will contact Kimberly Weiderin to get a proposal on the New Years Eve fundraiser.

Hockey Boosters Shooting Roosters tentative dates are October 28 or November 4
