Treasurers

Motion made to
pay $100 membership to Somerset for dues, $25 for parade, $50 for
food booth by Cherie – 2nd Steve.

Ozzfest is
scheduled for Friday July 14 – we will start looking for
volunteers.
The zamboni is
in need of $12,000 in repairs. We want to earmark concert funds for
this purpose to fix it before the regular season begins.
We are still
getting information on the electrical system. We will not pursue new
lights this year, but we will put a new outside light, capacitor,
and motion sensors for the bathroom lights.
The Texas Hold
‘Em Tournament netted $600. Next year we would like to book a time
we can promote throughout the year and hold in conjunction with a
Dweebs concert.
We will book
the circus for a Saturday also and hold 2 shows.
We will be
able to sell concessions at the carnival for Pea Soup Days the first
weekend in June at Vets Park. Steve will coordinate the
parade (The RiverBank will purchase candy) the Squirt A and
Mite B teams will carry their state title banner and all players
will wear jerseys and ride in the trailer and/or throw candy.
John will coordinate the food booth. Dan will check into
pop pricing (cans vs. fountain and work with an electrician on our
needs). Deb will coordinate volunteers – times are Friday
5-10, Sat 10-10, Sun 10-5. Jim will provide his enclosed
trailer for putting our items in over night. Dan and John
will do site prep. Justin will set up a game of puck shooting
for $1.
Menu –
Cheeseburger $3, Brat $ , Large Pickle $1, Pork Chops on a Stick
$4, Hot Dogs $2, Bars $1, Pop $1 (Dan will check on pricing for
lower level concession stand on other items and look into 11 tables,
40 chairs and 2 tents, and lights)
Our next
meeting will be moved up one week to May 31 at 7PM at the arena.
