Note from last months meeting – Justin Lambert was also elected as the Coaches Coordinator.

Listened to a presentation from members of the YMCA New Richmond for cross-promoting our programs. They would be interested in participating in our family events and would look to promote our programs in mailings.

We are renting 2 tents; one for serving food and one for tables/chairs. Jim & Cherie will buy the food. Michelle will look into pork chops, onions, and sticks for the pork chops. Deb advised the schedule will filled.

Steve will create a letter that Dan will e-mail to the association regarding the upcoming concerts. Julie will include in the next newsletter, and Mark will update the website with a link to sign up through the concessions.

Dan or John will send a letter to the WAHA President to express our opposition to a change in division per Mike Conners suggestion.

Can we get a sign for the arena at the main road? Add to agenda

Dan will look into combining efforts with New Richmond for the Bantam level team this upcoming season should we not have a full roster.

Volunteer hours will be changing for this season. We will have both summer and winter requirements. Any hours worked at Pea Soup Days and the upcoming concerts will apply towards that requirement.

June 28 will be our next meeting at Johns home at 6 PM as our annual board retreat.
