Meeting
July 2008
In attendance: Kristy Enger, Deb Quaderer,
Dawn Larson, Randy Weiderin, Cherie Link, Justin Lambert, Jim Marty,

Review and motion to approve June minutes – Justin – 2nd

Financial report discussed not officially submitted.
IV.
Building/Maintenance Report – The wall went up by the rapid shot and
was also painted.
V. Committee
Reports
a. Snipers
–Coupon books will be sold. A percentage of the sales will be
disbursed to SYHA. Justin is planning on going to Sturgis to sell
raffle tickets. Justin will work with Kristy to be sure everything
is in order prior to his departure.
b. Concert
update –Deb is meeting with John this week and provide an update.
VI.
New business
a. Break-ins-
The police are involved and if the person(s) are caught we will
prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Locks have been
changed. We would like to investigate the cost of getting a
security system in place. We should change the lock to the office.
We should invest in a safe for the office to place extra money.
b. Registration
– Having a copy of the players birth certificates is allegedly
illegal. Cherie provided a recent article from the newspaper
confirming this. We need to look into how we are to handle this
topic.
c. Girls
Co-op – Dave Wolner would like to be the girls co-op representative
and has also expressed an interest in coaching.
