Somerset Youth Hockey Registration Information
Now Accepted
Registration Dates

Thursday, September 27th
6:00PM - 9:00 PM at the Somerset Hockey Arena 247-4445
 

New this year! Please pre-register on-line at https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/ . This on-line registration will allow you to pre-pay your USA Hockey fee ($30 if 7 and older) and your WAHA ($10) fee. These fees will be deducted from your SYHA registration. Bring the receipt to registration.

Once you have Pre Registered, Come back and enter registration code in the pre registration box at the bottom of this page.

Registration Fees


**Mini-Mites/In-house (ages 3-8 by 12/31/2007)     Two sessions available.
1 Session: $90.00 plus $10.00 Jersey Rental. 
5 Volunteer Hours

Both Sessions: $160.00 plus $15.00 Jersey Rental. 
5 Volunteer Hours

Session 1 is 10/23/2007 thru 12/13/2007
Session 2 is 1/08/2008 thru 3/06/2008
 

** 5 Volunteer hours per session.
** Equipment will be provided free of charge by the Somerset Youth Hockey Association with a required deposit on a first come first served basis.

Mites A&B Traveling (1999-2001) Entry Fee $250 30 Volunteer Hours
Squirts A&B and U10 Girls (1997-1998) Entry Fee $400 30 Volunteer Hours
PeeWee & U12 Girls (1995-1996) Entry Fee$425 30 Volunteer Hours
Bantam & U14 Girls (1993-1994) Entry Fee $475 30 Volunteer Hours

► Volunteer Work Hours can be bought out at $20 per hour ◄

Add ONLY 5 Volunteer Hours for each additional child in hockey
 
What to Bring to Registration

 

WHAT TO BRING TO REGISTRATION

Your child to sign insurance waiver ●
A calendar to schedule your volunteer hours
A copy of your Child’s Birth Certificate – Not required if already on file
Check/cash/credit card ● Your Hockey Registration Fee & $200 Raffle Fee (per family)
The printed form from the USA Hockey on-line registration (see below)
 Shoulder pads for jersey sizing (does your child need new jerseys/socks?)
